“Demands are likely to grow for companies to give greater priority to long-term sustainable business models which incorporate employee interests, and to making boards and managers more accountable against this revised corporate purpose”. FRC’s report on approaches to workforce engagement taken by FTSE 350 companies reveals that the direction of travel is set. It is clear the companies are taking action. The report includes some good examples.
